A universal method for improving movement

Feldenkrais is a method for improving movement, sensation, posture and breathing. It addresses pain, injuries, and neurological concerns while enhancing athletic and artistic performance.

Rather than working through effort and repetition, Feldenkrais works through curiosity and attention, teaching the nervous system to discover easier, more efficient ways of moving.

"The Feldenkrais Method is not about fixing something broken. It is about revealing what is possible."

Two ways to learn

The method is taught in two complementary formats — one guided by words, one guided by touch.

Awareness Through Movement™

Verbally guided movement lessons where you explore sequences of movement, revealing habitual patterns and expanding your movement options.

A hands-on Functional Integration session

Functional Integration™

One-on-one hands-on sessions where the practitioner uses gentle touch and movement to communicate improved motor patterns directly through your nervous system, a deeply personalised experience.
